After years of working inside growing organizations, Shaun saw a consistent pattern: capable teams and strong ideas held back by fragmented systems and unclear ownership.
The solution was not more vendors or more advice.
It was integration and accountability.
He built FORGE to serve as one accountable partner — connecting strategy, systems, and execution so business owners can lead with confidence instead of firefighting.
